JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cornucopia Logistics (CNP), an authorized Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is seeking GREAT delivery driver to join our delivery team in Rutherford, NJ. The right candidate will need to be PASSIONATE about delivering an exceptional delivery experience to customers, have great work ethic, reliable, work fast, and always be on time.​

 

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Non-CDL License Required

• Drive a DOT Regulated Vehicle

• Requires completion of JJ Keller DOT Application & Training

• Drive/Deliver into New York City

• Dispatch/Supervise Delivery Associates in NYC

• USDOT Medical Card Required prior to start date

• Vehicle Size: 26' Box Truck or 16' Box Truck

• Employee-Based Position Driving Company Vehicle

WORK WEEK AND COMPENSATION:

• 4 Day Work Week (36-40 hours a week, plus overtime!)

• Must be able to work any day, Monday - Sunday based upon weekly schedules

• Weekend availability and Some Holidays are required

• Average shift is 10 to 12 hours, but can vary based on customer needs

• Starting at $23.75 Per Hour!

• Overtime Paid over 40 Hours Per Week

• Paid orientation

• Lead Bulk Driver/ Lead ORDT Driver

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proof Of Identity and Authorization to work in the United States

• Valid Drivers License for state currently residing in.

• Must be able to speak English

• Ability to Operate Scanning Device

• Must have prior experience driving a 26 Ft box truck (w/air brakes)

• Must have experience in motivating and managing workers.

• Must have great communication skills

• Must have logistics experience.
