Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervising a group of delivery personnel to pick, load, and deliver small packages within Manhattan

• Coordinate the dispatching of delivery personnel to ensure timely departure and delivery.

• Train staff on proper delivery procedures and use of scanners & equipment.

• Attention to detail in preparation of reports, as well as handling customer inquiries and specific service requirement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in training, motivating and managing workers.

• Must have great communication skills (writing, speaking, e-mails).

• Must have logistics experience.

• We operate 7 days a week : Must be able to do AM or PM shift.

• Schedules include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime

• (5 day work schedule 4 business days and 1 weekend day)

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to use and understand MS Office & Outlook, as well as other programs & apps (I.e. Dropbox, Whatsapp, iCloud Drive, etc)

• Ability to work independently in a rapid and changing environment.

• Thorough knowledge of Manhattan

• Experience in the courier /transportation industry.

• Experience with troubleshooting apps on phone

• Ability to use Microsoft Office
